Kentucky Splash

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 oz Jacob Spears Bourbon
  • 1 oz raspberry liqueur
  • .5 oz passion fruit liqueur
  • .5 oz passion fruit purée
  • 2 oz Prosecco
  • Soda water

METHOD

Fill a glass with ice and add the bourbon, raspberry liqueur, passion fruit liqueur, and passion fruit purée. Top with Prosecco and a splash of soda water. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
